This is a petition seeking quashing of the FIR No. 1364/2015 registered at PS Malviya Nagar under Sections 420 of IPC and proceedings emanating therefrom.

As per the FIR, there are allegations of misappropriation of funds by the petitioner, who is a Chartered Accountant. 3.

It is stated by the petitioner that in the present case, the disputes are of a civil nature and have been given the color of criminality only to blackmail the petitioner.

Mr. Solanki, learned counsel for the petitioner that charges are yet to be framed.
