By way of the present petition, the petitioner is seeking following prayer:
"a) Issue a writ in the nature of Mandamus directing the respondent and/or Sentence Review Board (SRB) to consider the case of the petitioner and grant Premature Release to the petitioner in FIR No. 142/2011, U/S 498-A/302 IPC, P.S. Mundka"

Issue notice. The learned ASC accepts notice on behalf of the State. 3.
The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner states that the petitioner herein has been in incarceration for more than 14 years and his family is in a completely dilapidated state due to his incarceration as there is no one to take care of his family since he is the sole bread earner of his family. to the SRB telling him that his case falls under the category 'murder for dowry', however the same is not correct as the case of the petitioner is not under the said category. Therefore, it is prayed that the present petition ne allowed and the name of the present petitioner be sent in the next scheduled meeting of Sentence Review Board.

After hearing the arguments addressed on behalf of the petitioner and the State, this Court directs that in the next scheduled meet of Sentence Review Board, the case of the petitioner shall be taken up and disposed of in accordance with law.
