% 11.03.2016 Crl.M.A. No.4371/2016 Exemption allowed subject to just exceptions. Bail Application No.552/2016 The present bail application has been filed by the applicant for grant of anticipatory bail in FIR No.111/2014 registered under Section 406/34 of the Indian Penal Code at Police Station Sultan Puri. During the course of arguments, it has been revealed by learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State that proceedings under Section 82 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, have already been initiated against the petitioner/accused.

At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the present petition filed by the petitioner may be disposed of

granting him protection to approach the learned Metropolitan Magistrate concerned.

Consequently, the present petition is disposed of with the observation that the petitioner would be at liberty to approach the learned Metropolitan Magistrate concerned where the proceedings under Section 82 of the Code of Criminal Procedure are pending, within a period of one week from today.
