The petitioner seeks third spell of furlough on account of Death Anniversary (Barsi) of his father on 27.11.2025. 2.

The petitioner was released on 2nd spell of furlough for a period of two weeks and surrendered on 13.10.2025. 3.

The present petition is directed to be treated as an application seeking release on furlough for the 3rd spell and the respondent authorities are directed to decide the same within a period of two weeks.

Copy of the order be communicated to the concerned Jail Superintendent for necessary compliance.
