The present petition filed under Section 29A (4) and (5) seeks extension of time for completion of arbitral proceedings and making of the arbitral award.

The arbitral tribunal was constituted vide order dated 23.05.2022 passed by this Court in ARB.P. 626/2022.

The arbitral proceedings are at an advanced stage. It is stated that currently the petitioner / claimant is in the process of adducing evidence. It is jointly requested by respective counsel for the parties that considering the nature of the matter, an appropriate extension of time be granted for completion of arbitral proceedings and making of the arbitral award. 4.

Considering the aforesaid, the time period for completion of arbitral proceedings and making of the arbitral award is extended till 31.12.2025. 5.
