O R D E R

The present application is filed by the applicant seeking interim bail for a period of four weeks in FIR No.121/2025 dated 15.03.2025, registered at Police Station Chhawala, for offences under Sections 103(1)/238(b) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 ('BNS'), on the ground of the medical condition of his elder son as well as to complete urgent property registration formalities.

The applicant was released on interim bail by the order passed by the learned Trial Court on 17.10.2025 on the ground The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. that the applicant's son, who is stated to be 17 years of age, had to undergo two surgeries. The interim bail granted to the applicant was extended by the learned Trial Court from time to time and the applicant finally surrendered on 07.11.2025. 3.
The documents of the concerned hospital are handed over in Court today. The same indicate that son of the applicant was discharged from hospital on 12.11.2025. He was advised review from the Plastic Surgery Department as well as the ENT Department.

The interim bail is now sought on the ground that the son being minor is not able to follow up with the aforesaid advise of the hospital.

In the opinion of this Court, the son of the applicant has almost attained the age of majority and can look after his own health, however, considering that the applicant was released on interim bail on earlier occasions and had not misused the said liberty, purely on humanitarian grounds, the applicant is directed to be released on interim bail for a period of one week, on the same terms and conditions as imposed by the learned Trial Court by order dated 17.10.2025.

The applicant is directed to surrender within a period of one week from the date of his release before the concerned Jail Superintendent.

The present bail application is disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
