Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Petitioner, on instructions from the Petitioner, seeks to withdraw this petition as all the disputes between the parties have been amicably settled as recorded in the order dated 28.05.2024 passed by the Co-ordinate Bench in W.P. (C) No. 2391/2019.

As per the terms of settlement, an amount of Rs.17,50,000/- is payable to the Petitioner out of which learned counsel submits balance amount of Rs.1,50,000/- is still to be paid which is subject to certain other conditions of quashing of the FIR etc. as noted in paragraph 8 and 9 of the said order.

Petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn in terms of the settlement arrived at between the parties as recorded in the order dated 28.05.2024. Needless to state that the settlement will form part of the order passed today and the terms will bind the parties thereto. Pending application also stands disposed of.
