O R D E R

% 22.03.2017 It is submitted that petitioner and respondent no.2 have settled their disputes amicably, therefore, FIR No. 723/2015 under Sections 498A/406/34 IPC registered against the petitioners at police station Nihal Vihar on the complaint of respondent no.2, may be quashed. Petitioner nos. 2 to 4 are relatives of petitioner no.1.

Respondent no.2 is present in Court and has been identified by SI Dinesh Kumar of police station Nihal Vihar.

Respondent no.2 submits that she has settled the matter with the petitioners of her own free will and without any undue force, pressure or coercion. She also admits having received the entire settled amount. She has no objection in case the FIR is quashed.

Keeping in mind that petitioner and respondent no.2 have settled their disputes, inasmuch as, respondent no.2 has no objection in quashing of the FIR, in the interest of justice, FIR No. 723/2015 under Sections 498A/406/34 IPC registered at police station Nihal Vihar, which is at the investigation stage, is quashed.

Writ petition is disposed of. Miscellaneous application is disposed of as infructuous.
