Learned APP for the State has filed the Status Report alongwith reply to notice under Section 91 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 as also the certain documents. The same are taken on record. 2.

Learned APP for the State fairly submits that it is an admitted position that the applicant has been participating in the investigation, however, he has been unable to supply the chain of documents, showing his purchase of the property involved in the year 2012. 3.

However, the facts reveal that since the aforesaid documents were not available with the applicant, he made a complaint, which resulted in the registration of an FIR No.682/2014 dated 23.12.2014 registered at PS.: Bhalswa Dairy, Delhi under Sections 420/468/471/120B/448 of the Indian The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. Penal Code, 1860. Moreover, regarding the said documents the applicant has also taken requisite steps via publications prior to registration of the said FIR as well qua the missing chain of documents. 4.

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that in view of the same and even otherwise the applicant was/ is ready and willing to join, participate and co-operate during the investigation in the present FIR. 5.

Considering the submissions made by the learned APP, the factual matrix involved, as also since the investigation pertains to only documentary evidence(s), it is deemed fit, proper and appropriate if the applicant is directed to join, participate and co-operate during the investigation in the present FIR, if as and when required to do so by the IO.

In view thereof, the applicant shall not be arrested, without following the due process of law in accordance with law. 7.
