The present petition filed under Section 29A (4) and (5) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 seeks extension of time for completion of arbitral proceedings and making of the arbitral award. 2.
The arbitral proceedings are being conducted under the aegis of the Delhi International Arbitration Centre (DIAC 5823/12-22). The arbitral proceedings are in respect of a Lease Deed dated 22.05.2019 entered into between the parties.

Respective counsel for the parties submit that the arbitral proceedings are at an advanced stage and final arguments are slated to be heard in February, 2025.
