The present petition under Section 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 seeks the following prayers:- "1. Initiate appropriate contempt proceedings against the Respondent for willful non-compliance of the interim order dated 31.01.2024 passed by Hon'ble Divisional Commissioner Court and punish him as per law; 2. Direct the restoration of possession of the 2nd Floor of House No. 443, Gali No. 15, Mahipalpur, Delhi to the petitioner, so that she may live peacefully with her minor daughter; 3. Direct the concerned Police Authorities to extend adequate protection to the petitioner and her daughter to secure their life, liberty and dignity and to ensure that she should not be dispossessed from the said property except by following the due process of Law; 4. In view of the above, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave of this Court to withdraw the present petition, with liberty to initiate appropriate proceedings in accordance with law before the concerned Divisional Commissioner.
