% 05.08.2016 Status report has been filed by respondent no.1. In the status report it has been stated that unauthorized constructions at stilt, ground floor, first floor, second floor and third floor at premises No.C-81, Mahavir Enclave-I, New Delhi (Ward no.147) were booked on 14.9.2015. The fourth floor of the suit property was also booked on 18.7.2016. Since the property had been sealed and the same was found tampered with necessary criminal proceedings by registration of an FIR have also been initiated. Sealing orders are also proposed to be issued by respondent no.1. Learned counsel appearing for respondent no.1 undertakes and ensures to the Court that all actions as proposed under law will be taken in true letter and spirit qua the aofrenoted unauthorized constructions. This submission of

respondent no.1 is noted.

No further orders are called for in this petitioner qua prayer 1. Qua prayer no.2, learned counsel for the DDA/respondent no.4 states that if any guidelines/regulations for regulating building activities are to be framed the same shall be considered. This answers the prayer 2 of the petition.
