This is a petition seeking disposal of the representation dated 16.11.2024.

Learned counsel for the Petitioner states that the Petitioner has since received a communication dated 16.12.2024 from the Respondent stating that the value of the car is Rs. 40 lakhs and the car can be released to the Petitioner upon her furnishing a Fixed Deposit Receipt (FDR) of the said value. He states that the Petitioner is willing to comply with the said directions.

Learned counsel for the Respondent confirms the aforesaid submission of the Petitioner and has handed over a copy of the e-mail dated 16.12.2024, which is taken on record.
