Writ Petition under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India read with Section 528 of the BNSS has been filed on behalf of the Petitioner for quashing of FIR No.0259/2023 under Sections 354/509 IPC, registered at PS: Mehrauli, South Delhi, on the ground that the alleged incident is of year 2018, while the FIR has been registered in the year 2023 and it is a call-out of the directions given by the Petitioner to the Complainant to not misbehave and to attend the school on time.

Learned counsel for the State submits that the Chargesheet already stands filed and the matter is at the stage of arguments on Charge. 3.

Considering the submissions made and the grounds, on which the quashing is sought, the Writ Petition along with pending Applications is disposed of, with liberty to the Petitioner to raise all his contentions before the learned Trial Court, when the matter is conveniently coming to the stage of argument on Charge.
