The present petition under Section 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 read with Article 215 of the Constitution of India seeks the following prayers:- "(a) take cognizance of the willful disobedience of the order/judgment dated 08.09.2025 passed by this Hon'ble Court in WP(C) No.6615/2025 titled "Sh. R.V. Sinha Vs. MCD & Ors." as well as undertaking/assurance dated 27.08.2025 of the respondent No.1 (MCD);

(b) issue notice against the respondents hereinabove named for disobeying the orders of this Hon'ble Court;

(c) punish them in accordance with the law;

(d)pass necessary orders/directions to the concerned authorities to comply with the orders dated/judgment dated 08.09.2025 of this Hon'ble Court in the aforesaid Writ Petition as well as undertaking/assurance dated 27.08.2025 ofthe respondent No.1 (MCD);

(e) May also pass any further order( s) as be deemed just and proper to meet the ends of justice."
