This is a writ petition seeking directions to the learned Trial Court to expedite hearing/trial in Complaint Case No. 1388/2022 under Section 12 of the Domestic Violence Act, 2005 pending before learned JMFC, Mahila Court, North East District, Karkardooma Court. 2.

It is stated by Mr. Dadwal, learned counsel for the petitioner that the non-consideration of the interim maintenance application is causing prejudice to the petitioner as she is in urgent need of funds as she has no source of livelihood and was totally dependent on her husband, i.e. the respondent No.2.
