This is a writ petition seeking directions to the respondent Nos. 2 and 3 to registered FIR against the accused persons, i.e. respondent Nos. 4 to 8, under appropriate Sections of IPC/BNS.

I am of the view that the petitioner has equally efficacious alternative remedy under Section 175(3) of BNSS.

Granting the liberty to the petitioner to avail his legal rights under BNSS, the petition is disposed of.
