Mr. Sharan, at this stage, submits that the petitioner through his legal representative shall invoke the remedy available to the petitioner under Section 57 of the Delhi Prisons Act, 2000.

In view of the aforesaid statement, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to avail of the statutory remedies available to him. The representation, if any, made by the petitioner raising his grievances may be dealt with expeditiously.
