The present petition has been filed seeking anticipatory bail in connection with FIR No.223/2024 under Sections 380/457/411/34 of IPC registered at PS Prasad Nagar.

This Court vide order dated 04.12.2024, while issuing notice had granted interim protection to the petitioner subject to the petitioner joining investigation.

Even on the last date, the learned APP had stated that though the petitioner had joined investigation but his finger prints are required for The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. comparison with the finger prints lifted from the place of theft. 4.

Learned APP for the State, on instructions from the IO, today submits that the FSL report has been received and the finger prints of the present petitioner have not matched with any of the finger prints lifted from the place of theft.

In view of the above, it is directed that in the event of petitioner's arrest, he be released on bail subject to his furnishing personal bond in the sum of Rs.25,000/- and a surety bond of the like amount to the satisfaction of the SHO / Arresting Officer and further subject to the following conditions that:- (i) Petitioner shall join investigation as and when directed by the I.O concerned.

(ii) Petitioner shall not influence the witnesses in any manner or try to contact the complainant or tamper with the evidence. 6.

With the aforesaid directions, the petition stands disposed of. 7.
