The petitioners have filed this petition under Article 226 of the Constitution, seeking a direction upon the respondent- Delhi Jal Board ["DJB"] to release payment in terms of an award by the Land Acquisition Collector dated 14.06.2023.

Mr. Rahul Choudhary, learned counsel for the petitioners, seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition, with liberty to institute execution proceedings in respect of the said award. 3.

This Court has not entered into any contentions between the parties. All rights and contentions are expressly reserved. 4.
