% 08.05.2017 The petitioner had represented before the competent authority for being released on parole, which prayer was rejected by order dated 06.04.2016. The aforesaid order of the competent authority was assailed by the petitioner before this Court in W.P.(Crl.) 2104/2016 wherein the executive order was sustained. The petitioner has come before this Court again challenging the same order which was earlier agitated and the challenge was not sustained.

This petition is not maintainable.

Dismissed as not maintainable.
