It is informed that the regular bail has been dismissed by the Trial Court on 20th December, 2024, and the order has been handed up in Court. 2.
Petitioner, however, claims interim bail on medical grounds, the documents on which he relies are all dated 2023. 3.
Medical status report received from the jail dated 06th December 2024, also shows that treatment is being provided to the petitioner and he is in stable condition.

At this stage, the plea of petitioner of interim bail on medical grounds is not merited, considering the health of the petitioner is reported as stable. 5.
Needless to state, the petitioner is at liberty to approach the Court in case of any subsequent medical condition that may arise. 6.
Petition is dismissed accordingly.
