Counsel for respondent points out to the affidavit of compliance dated 08th May 2025, as per which, the following documents have been provided to the petitioner:

This is in context of the order, passed on 19th May 2023, where directions were given to the respondent to provide the bank account/ledger statement since 16th September 2019 within a month. 3.
Counsel for petitioner states that this ledger account is not adequate, and, therefore, seeks further clarification.

Attempt was made to clarify the same between the counsels, however, it was not successful.

In the opinion of this Court, if there is any further issue, counsel for petitioner is at liberty to contact the counsel for respondent in this regard particularising what is required by him aside from what has been given. 6.
Accordingly, petition is disposed of. Liberty is given to the petitioner to revive the petition, in case, there is continued infraction. The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.
