Learned counsel for respondent appears on advance notice and submits that order in question i.e. order dated 12.12.2023 has already been challenged. His such petition has now been converted into a Criminal Miscellaneous petition and was taken up by learned Co-ordinate Bench of this Court on 27.11.2024 and the operation of order dated 12.12.2023 has been stayed on certain conditions.

It is submitted that parties have already been referred to Mediation Centre.

Learned counsel for petitioner admits the aforesaid subsequent development and submits that in view of the above, she seeks to withdraw the present petition as not pressed.
