By this petition the petitioner, who claims to be a friend of the victim 'P' who was rescued from G.B. Road pursuant to a raid conducted on 6th March, 2018 and seeks her custody.

A status report has been filed. As per the status report victim girl 'P' was found to be a major. As per the school leaving certificate her date of birth was 29th July, 1995.

The victim girl 'P' is under the protective custody and since she is a major it would be 'P''s decision to go wherever she wants. Further the petitioner is neither the family member nor a relative of the petitioner. 4.

Thus the petition and application are dismissed. MUKTA GUPTA, J.
