The present application is filed seeking modification of the order dated 04.12.2024, passed by this Court, to the extent that the cost of ₹2,000/- per accused / respondent imposed upon the petitioner department may be directed qua Respondent Nos. 1 to 4 and Respondent No. 6, as the proceedings qua Respondent No. 5 already stand abated by the learned Trial Court vide order dated 22.09.2023.

For the reasons mentioned in the application, the same is allowed and the order dated 04.12.2024, passed by this Court, is modified to the extent that the petitioner is required to pay cost only to Respondent Nos. 1 to 4 and Respondent No. 6. 3.

The present application stands disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
