This petition is filed seeking directions to the respondents to remove the entry of stay from the revenue record.

Learned counsel for the parties are at ad idem that the land has been urbanized.

The issue that after urbanization of the land, which authority has to carry out demarcation is sub-judice before a Larger Bench of this court. 4.

In view of the above, this writ petition is disposed of at this stage with the direction that the application of the petitioner shall be dealt by the competent authority as decided by the Larger Bench immediately after the decision of the larger bench.

The respondents shall deal with the application received on 03.10.2023 immediately or shall transfer to the competent authority.
