The present petition has been filed by the petitioner assailing a Notice bearing No.Comp./40/1632/2024 dated 21.09.2024, issued by the respondent no.1 and the complaint no. 237/2024 dated 17.08.2024 filed by the respondent no.2 before the respondent no.1 against the petitioner. 2.

It is submitted today that during the pendency of the proceedings, a settlement has been arrived at between the respondent no. 2 and the petitioner. In terms thereof, the respondent no. 2 seeks to withdraw its complaint bearing no. 237/2024 dated 17.08.2024.

It is noticed that vide order dated 04.12.2024, the proceedings in relation to the said complaint were stayed. Now that the respondent no.2 seeks to withdraw the aforesaid complaint, there is no possibility of any further proceedings being held in relation thereto.
