% 14.08.2015 Mr. Vijay Manchanda, authorized representative of the plaintiff and Ms. Shalini Tyagi, authorized representative of the defendant are present in person. Authorised representative of the plaintiff is identified by his counsel. Plaintiff and defendant have settled their disputes before the Delhi High Court Mediation & Conciliation Centre on 24th July, 2015 on the terms and conditions as stipulated in the settlement agreement Mark 'C-1' which has been signed by the authorized representatives of the plaintiff and defendant. Parties shall remain bound by the terms of settlement. It is further submitted that the amount in terms of the settlement has already been paid by the defendant to the plaintiff and nothing remains due. Accordingly suit is disposed of as settled. As parties have settled their disputes through the

Mediation Centre, court fee be refunded to the plaintiff and necessary certificate in this regard be issued by the registry. A.K. PATHAK, J.
