This writ petition is filed by the Petitioner under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following reliefs:- "a) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus or any other appropriate Writ, Order or Direction directing Respondent No. 1, State Bank of India to grant the Petitioner a Personal Hearing before its Committee on a mutually convenient date before proceeding further with any action pursuant to the Show Cause Notice dated 5 May 2025 and the Proposal dated 29 August 2025.
b) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus or any other appropriate Writ, Order or Direction directing the Respondent No. 1 Bank to place the Petitioner's representation dated 8 November 2025 before its W.P.(C) 17196/2025 The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. For the reasons stated in the writ petition, the same is allowed to the limited extent that Review Committee will grant a personal hearing to the Petitioner before taking a final decision in terms of the show cause notice dated 05.05.2025 and will consider the detailed representation preferred before it.

The petition along with pending application is disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
