This writ petition is filed by the Petitioner under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus to the Respondents to issue the Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) degree to the Petitioner. 2.

The grievance raised in the present petition is directed against the University which is located at Bareilly, Uttar Pradesh. 3.

Accordingly, this Court has no territorial jurisdiction to entertain this petition.

Learned counsel for the Petitioner, on instructions, seeks to withdraw the present petition with liberty to approach the Court of competent jurisdiction.

The writ petition along with pending application is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
