% 12.03.2019 Parties have settled the matter before the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre. A settlement agreement dated 05.02.2019 has been entered into between the plaintiffs and defendant No.1. Defendant No. 2 has already been deleted vide order dated 04.07.2017. Plaintiff No.1, namely, Smt. Romilla Seeraj Bagga and defendant No.1-Smt. Tanuj Sharma are present in person. They undertake to abide by the terms and conditions of the settlement. The terms and conditions of the settlement agreement are legal and valid. The parties shall remain bound by the same. A decree is passed in terms of the settlement agreement dated 05.02.2019.
