% 03.04.2018 The respondents have appeared on advance copy through counsel and submits no objection to the prayer in the transfer petition. There are three suits pending between the parties; the first in chronology being CS (OS) 6669/2016 (old no.258/2006), titled Prakash Kaur & Anr. Vs. Sohan Singh & Anr. and the second being CS No. 12479/2016 (old no.70/2012) titled Sohan Singh Vs. Baldev Singh, both pending in the court of the Senior Civil Judge (West) at Tis Hazari Courts Complex and the third being CS (OS) 578536/2016 (old no.466/2016) titled Baldev Singh Vs. Prakash Kaur & Anr. pending in the court of Mr. Manish Gupta, Additional District Judge (North-West) at Rohini Courts Complex, Delhi. The suits involve issues of fact and law concerning an immovable property concededly situate within the territorial TR.P.(C.) 51/2018

jurisdiction of the District Courts for North-West District at Rohini Courts Complex.

In these circumstances, the first two above mentioned suits are withdrawn from the court of the Senior Civil Judge (West) at Tis Hazari Courts Complex and transferred to the court of Mr. Manish Gupta, Additional District Judge (North-West) at Rohini Courts Complex. The transferor court shall send the files, complete in all respects, to the transferee court fixing an appropriate date for the parties to appear there.

The petition and the applications filed therewith stand disposed of in above terms.
