O R D E R

By way of present bail application, the applicant seeks interim bail for a period of one week in FIR No. 329/2020 registered under Sections 307/506/201/120B/34 IPC and Sections 25/27 of the Arms Act at P.S. Patel Nagar, Delhi on the premise that his sister is getting married on 07.12.2024 at Aggarwal Panchayati Dharamshala Trust, Model Basti, Karol Bagh, New Delhi - 110005.

Ld. counsel for the applicant submits that applicant is the only brother and therefore, his presence is required at the time of his sister's wedding. 3.

Ld. APP for the State has handed over a copy of the Status Report, which is taken on record. As per the Status Report, the factum of marriage of the applicant's sister with one Golu S/o Mahesh, on the aforementioned date and place has been verified. The verification has also been carried out with Suraj Tent & Furniture House and Mohan Confectionary & Caterers. However, the learned APP submits that the injured has only been partly examined and expresses apprehension that if released on interim bail, the applicant may temper with the evidence.

At this stage, ld. counsel for the applicant, on instructions, submits that applicant has no objection if he is permitted to be taken in custody at the wedding venue.

Accordingly, present bail application is disposed of with the directions that the concerned Jail Superintendent shall ensure that applicant is taken in custody in plain clothes to the aforementioned wedding venue on 07.12.2024 at 8 PM and brought back at 8 AM on 08.12.2024. 6.

Miscellaneous applications are also disposed of. 7.
