The learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant has been getting phone calls from some persons who claim themselves to be the officials at Police Station Bhadarabad, Haridwar.

He submits that the callers are threatening the applicant by making threats of falsely implicating him. He submits that they are trying to extort money from the applicant as well. 5.

He seeks liberty to withdraw the present bail application and file an appropriate petition in this regard. 6.

The application stands dismissed as withdrawn with aforesaid liberty.
