Mr Manashwy Jha, learned counsel appearing for the respondent, on instructions, submits that on 28.02.2026, an order has been passed whereby, the concerned document has been refused to be registered under Section 71 of the Registration Act, 1908.

He, however, submits that the petitioner can recollect the document and re-submit the same along with necessary stamp duty. 3.
Let the petitioner to do the needful.

If the stamp duty is already paid, the same shall be refunded. 5.
Accordingly, with the aforesaid observations, the petition stands disposed of.
