Learned counsel for the Petitioner states that the Petitioner will surrender within a period of one (1) week from today. 2.

He states that since the Petitioner is still undertaking treatment for Hepatitis-B, no surgery can be performed.

The interim bail extended vide order dated 16.12.2024 was until today. The Petitioner is directed to surrender within one (1) week i.e. on 23.01.2025.

It is made clear that the interim bail granted vide order dated 03.09.2024, which was last extended on 16.12.2024, shall expire on 23.01.2025 and the Petitioner will surrender. 5.

With the aforesaid directions, the petition stands disposed of along with the pending applications (if any).
