Dr. Ashutosh, who appears for the petitioner, withdraws this application with permission to appear before the medical board in the R&R Hospital on 12 December 2025 at 11 am.

We make it clear that the R&R Hospital would be at liberty to conduct the necessary tests in order to ascertain the petitioner's suitability for service.
