The present petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking inter alia that the respondent, Prasar Bharti be directed to take a decision on the petitioner's representation dated 13.09.2025. 2.

During the course of hearing, it is informed by the learned senior counsel for the respondent that the said representation of the petitioner already stands decided by way of a reasoned order on 03.12.2025; a copy thereof has been handed over to the learned counsel for the petitioner during the course of hearing.

As such, the primary grievance of the petitioner stands redressed. Further, it transpires during the course of hearing that the very issue which is sought to be agitated by way of the present petition is also the subject matter of a Broadcasting Petition No.356/2025 filed by the petitioner before the Telecom Disputes Settlement and Appellate Tribunal ('TDSAT'). is drawn to the fact that the TDSAT is actively seized of the matter. 4.

In the circumstances, no further orders are required to be passed in the present petition except to grant liberty to the petitioner to pursue the pending petition before TDSAT.
