O R D E R

% 08.09.2018 1.

The matter has been amicably settled between the parties for an amount of Rs.3,00,000/- over and above the amount awarded by the MACT payable by the Insurer to the claimants. 2.

The amount be paid by the Insurer to the claimants through the DHCLSC within 30 days from today failing which interest @ 7.5% per annum shall be payable.

The settled amount shall be apportioned amongst the legal heirs of the deceased as per the Award.

4.

Out of the total settled amount, 50% of amount of each petitioner be kept in the FDR for a period of three years.

5.

Accordingly, the appeal is disposed of.

6.

Copy of the order be given dasti under the signature of the Court Master.
