% 13.05.2016 Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is joining the investigation pursuant to interim protection granted by this Court. It is informed by the learned APP for State that the charge sheet has already been submitted before the Trial Court and the matter has been committed to the Court of Sessions.

Under the circumstances, the petitioner may apply for grant of regular bail before the Court of Sessions on or before 11th July, 2016. Till then, interim order to continue.

The application stands disposed of.
