% 19.12.2016 Counsel appearing on behalf of the parties unanimously state that they have arrived at a settlement of the underlying dispute vide agreement dated 8.11.2016, with the aid and assistance of the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre.

The settlement arrived at between the parties is lawful and the same is hereby accepted leaving the parties to abide by its terms and conditions, without demur.

Counsel seeks to withdraw the present petition in view of the agreement dated 8.11.2016 with libety to revive the same in the event of the breach of the said settlement. Leave and liberty granted. Petition is dismissed as withdrawn and disposed of accordingly. SIDDHARTH MRIDUL, J.
