Through the present Petition, the Petitioner prays for issuing directions to learned Debt Recovery Appellate Tribunal('DRAT'), Delhi.

Chairperson, DRAT, Delhi has demitted office and Chairperson, DRAT, Calcutta has been given additional charge of DRAT, Delhi, who is regularly taking up the matters. 3.

In absence of complete information with regard to the total number of cases pending before DRAT, Calcutta, which also includes cases pending before DRAT, Delhi, this Court is of the considered view that it would not be appropriate to issue directions. 4.

However, the Petitioner, if so advised, may file an appropriate application for expeditious disposal before the DRAT, Delhi, which shall be considered by the DRAT, Delhi sympathetically. 5.
