After some hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file a Review Petition under Section 48 (AA) of the Advocates Act, 1961.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is repentant and is willing to tender an unconditional apology for his previous lapses. Let the said aspect be canvassed in the Review Petition, which is to be filed by the petitioner. The same shall be duly considered by the Bar Council of India.

Let an endeavour be made to dispose of the Review Petition expeditiously.
