A Writ Petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 read with Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 seeking quashing of FIR No.0185/2023 under Section 498/406/34 IPC registered at Police Station Okhla Industrial Area. 2.

After some argument learned counsel for the Petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present Writ Petition. 3.

In view of the submissions made, the present Writ Petition is permitted to be withdrawn with liberty to raise all these contentions before the learned Trial Court.
