Khatri, learned ASC appearing for the State submits, that the petitioner has filed an application under section 156(3) of the Code of Criminal Procedure 1973 ('Cr.P.C.') alongwith an application under section 200 of the Cr.P.C. seeking registration of an FIR. Learned ASC submits, that the FIR has now been registered, bearing FIR No. 01/2026 at P.S.: Delhi Cantt Railway Station. In view thereof, the prayer made in the present petition has been satisfied.
