% 17.03.2016 Learned counsel for the respondent present in Court on receipt of the advance copy submits that the ACP Traffic, North District has already passed the release order of the impounded battery rickshaw on 14th March, 2016. Learned counsel for the respondent submits that he shall furnish the copy of the release order to learned counsel for the petitioner within two days.

Learned counsel for the petitioner does not press this petition in view of the statement made by learned counsel for the respondent. The petition is disposed of in terms of the statement made by the respondent.

Copy of this order be given dasti to counsel for the parties under the signature of the Court Master.
