A Writ Petition under Article 226 /227 of the Constitution of India read with Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been filed on behalf of the Petitioner with the prayer that directions be issued to Respondent No.2/Commissioner of Police, Delhi to register an FIR on the Complaint dated 03.11.2025 and 04.11.2025 filed by the Petitioner and to initiate investigations into the allegations made into the Complaint. 2.

It is further submitted that the investigations may be transferred to CBI or any other Special Agency to ensure fair, impartial and transparent investigations. Further to grant protection to the Petitioner and his staff under the personal supervision of DCP; to direct Respondent No.3 Chief Vigilance Officer to immediately suspend Respondent No.4 Rajesh Singh. Pending inquiry, and to initiate Departmental proceedings and similar other prayers.

Essentially, the main prayer of the Petitioner is for registration of FIR on his Complaint, for which he has appropriate remedy under Section 173 Cr.P.C.

Learned ASC submits that inquiries have also been conducted into the Complaints made by the Petitioner and the outcome shall be communicated to the Petitioners in accordance with law.

The Status Report filed in the Court today, be taken on record. 6.

The Petition is disposed of with liberty to the Petitioner to approach appropriate Forum.

The Petition stands disposed of accordingly.
