By the present petition, the petitioner seeks grant of Emergency Parole for a period of four weeks in FIR No. 303/2009 registered at Police Station Maurya Enclave, for offences under Sections 302/201 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860. 2.

No reasons are forthcoming which would entitle the petitioner for being released on Emergency Parole. 3.

Pursuant to his release on furlough, the petitioner has surrendered recently and will only be entitled for parole after a period of four weeks from the date of his surrender. 4.

The petitioner has liberty to file an appropriate application seeking parole after the expiry of period of four weeks from the date of his surrender.
