The Revision Petition under Section 115 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 ('CPC' hereinafter) has been filed on behalf of the Petitioner, to challenge the Order dated 30.08.2024 vide which the leave to defend Application of the Revisionist/Petitioner, has been dismissed. 2.
The grounds of challenge essentially are that the recovery of the stated amount is duly supported by the Statement of Accounts duly signed by the Respondent, which has been furnished by them to the Petitioner, from time to time.

Learned counsel on behalf of the Revisionist, seeks permission to withdraw the present Revision Petition with liberty to agitate his defence before the learned Trial Court.
